Shipping restrictions

Due to international trading agreements and regulations, we must adhere to some specific shipping restrictions which may cause delays to international shipping.

Shipping times

All orders are shipped from the shop in Leith within 1-2 working days and will be with you in a timescale according to your shipping preference.

International tax and import duty

All prices shown online are in GBP and include UK VAT at 20%.  All international orders will have UK tax deducted at checkout. All prices will be shown in your local currency, once you have entered your shipping address.

All goods may be subject to import duty at your local rate, which must be paid by you before delivery. We work with a brilliant international shipping agent who deals with this transfer using a paperless system, to speed through the customs as quickly as possible.  We will require an email address and phone number from you, someone will then be in contact to arrange payment of import duty if needed.

Returns

If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods will be either exchanged or refunded. Returned goods must be in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
