Almost everything we sell at Bard is made by human hand, which means objects may vary slightly from each other, and from the images shown on our website. One of the greatest joys of living with craft is feeling the humanity inherent in the crafted object; the mark of the maker, the human hand. Individual character is what brings objects to life and breathes soul into them. All goods are supplied on the following conditions.
Order Confirmation
If the item is in stock we will pack and ship as soon as we have all the information we need. If we are making the order for you, the order will be processed/entered into production as soon as we have all the information required and goods will be supplied as per the order confirmation.
Delivery & Transport
All items will be sent out with the specified service and Bard cannot take responsibility for any actions taken by the delivery company. This includes delays and returns.
Claims
Any damage must be reported in writing within 4 days of delivery.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods will be either exchanged or refunded. Returned goods must be in their original condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gift cards
Bard gift cards expire five years from the date the gift card confirmation email is sent. The expiry date is outlined within this confirmation email.
The gift card confirmation email can be forwarded to another email address to be used as a gift for online or in store purchases.
Please keep your gift card confirmation email safely stored. If it is deleted or lost, the gift card confirmation can only be resent to the email connected to the original purchase. We will be unable to reissue the gift card to a different email address.
When the gift card is used for both in store and online purchases, the total cost of the order will be deducted from the gift card value. If there is a remaining balance, this can be found in the gift card confirmation email.
Bard gift cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
