Random Striped Lambswool Bed Blanket
Drove Weavers£175.00
Description
A modern take on the traditional Hudson Bay blanket. These wonderfully thick, pure Lambswool bed blankets are inspired by those made in Britain and traded in Canada for beaver pelts from the late C18th. Rather than using the primary coloured stripes of the original, we’ve worked with the loom setters at Drove Weavers to incorporate their left over wool, creating some wonderful colour combinations while minimising waste. This creates short runs of each colour combination and when they’re gone, they’re gone! The traditional blanket stitch on the ends is chosen to complement the design, but may not be the exact colour pictured.
The blankets are super cosy; as good on a bed in winter as they are on the beach in summer.
